Thanks so much for this morning. I wish something like this had of been around last time. It sounds like your six week course is actually what an anntenal class/program really should be; a bit about labour itself, how to look after yourself pregnant and then also self care for afterwards. As the one I went to pretty much just covered all medical inventions you could possibly have which I guess is still handy to know.
